Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at admin@uk.swhipcream.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm it is in the same condition it was sent out in. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and approved.
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage or is missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders returned after the 7 day window
- Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery
- Orders cancelled due to shipping restrictions that were disclosed prior to purchase
